The applicant signing this application authorizes Embrace Partners to obtain information from third parties, including personal credit reports, in connection with the surety’s underwriting and the applicant's compliance with indemnity agreements, bonded contracts and bonds. The applicant releases such third parties from liability resulting from the provision of such information.
